The challenge
We had already won in this market, but the previous winning creatives didn’t work with the new offer. It needed a different way in.
The idea
Instead of betting on a single concept, we tested angles and formats in parallel until the data pointed to the winners.
What I did
Concept, art direction and static design, plus script and edit for the videos: one with real footage, one with an AI presenter and real installation footage.
What I learned
The price comes first.
Naming the location in the hook filters from second one. Anyone outside the service area knows right away the offer isn’t for them, and the budget stays on the right leads.
Real work with the offer banner on top performs, even with an AI presenter. People want to see the result, not just read the price.
Nobody watches 30 seconds of video to find out what something costs. Put the offer up front.
